Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in a resalable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund or exchange is processed.
